These Terms govern your use of the Peetham website. By browsing the site or contacting the studio through it, you accept these Terms.
1. What this website is
This website is a concept catalogue. It presents nine Peetham design studies as concept visualizations only: generated or rendered imagery intended to communicate the design intent, language and finish studies. They are not photographs of finished or existing products. Construction methods, dimensions, scale, materials, finishes, structural details, installation requirements and delivery timelines do not exist in agreed form on this website — every such matter is resolved individually through consultation with the studio.
2. No offer, no pricing, no checkout
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, a quotation, or an acceptance of any order. The site contains no pricing, no cart and no checkout. Any commission, if discussed after a consultation, is agreed only in a separate written arrangement between you and the studio, which will set out its own terms, schedules and costs. A conversation through this website does not create any contract for the supply of goods or services.
In short: this site shows concepts to start a conversation. Everything real — dimensions, materials, finishes, timelines and terms — is confirmed through consultation.
3. Consultations and your communications
- Consultations are arranged directly with the Peetham studio over WhatsApp, phone or email. Contact details appear on the website.
- Messages you choose to send through WhatsApp, phone or email are communications governed by those platforms and by your own choices; the website itself does not transmit, store or process them.
- Please share only information you are comfortable sending over those channels. The studio will contact you in the course of responding to your enquiry
- Enquiries are handled in order of receipt and response times are best-effort, not guaranteed.
4. Intellectual property
The Peetham name, the lotus device, the designs and finish studies presented here, and all text, layout and visual content on this website are the property of Peetham and are protected by copyright and design rights. Concept renderings and the design language they depict may not be copied, reproduced, derivative-developed or used commercially without the studio's prior written consent. You may share and link to the website freely.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website: no attempts to disrupt or probe its hosting, no scraping or systematic copying of the catalogue, and no use of the studio's contact details for bulk, automated or unsolicited marketing. Contact details are provided for genuine design enquiries only.
6. Availability and changes
Designs, descriptions and imagery may be revised, replaced or withdrawn at any time as the collection develops. The website is provided on an as-available basis without any commitment to uninterrupted availability.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Concept visualizations are artistic representations and must not be relied upon as specifications of any product.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peetham is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including decisions made about construction, purchase or installation before matters are confirmed in consultation and in writing.
9. Third-party platforms
The website links to WhatsApp, telephone and email as ways to reach the studio. This is an informational site only and nothing on it constitutes an offer or binding agreement. Communications through those channels are also governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective platforms. Peetham is not responsible for the availability or conduct of those services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
